Refund Policy for PT Profit Academy Products

Digital Products/Online Classes

Our Products are mostly Digital goods delivered via Internet download - therefore we generally offer no refunds.

However, we stand behind all our Digital Products and your satisfaction is important to us. That means all of our Products are covered by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee lasting 10 days from the date of purchase.

That means you have 10 days to Download and then try your Digital Product meaning if you try/test our Product in that time – and you do not get the satisfaction you were hoping for from the Product - then we will happily refund your money.

Please note, if you change your mind about your purchase without first trying the product then no refund will be issued.

Refund requests, if any, must be made within 10 days of your original purchase (unless otherwise stated on the original product description/order form page).

Mastermind Coaching Program:

You have “10” days from the date of commencing work with us as a Mastermind Coaching Program client, to request a refund.

After that 10 days period, we will not provide a refund and all cancellation of service requires a 30 day period of notice.

Marketing Agency Services:

You have “10” days from the date of commencing work with us as a full service Marketing Agency Client in which to request a refund.

After that “10” days period, we will not provide a refund - and any cancellation of our service requires a 30 day period of notice.

Infusionsoft Setup/Support:

Because Infusionsoft is supplied to you via Infusionsoft directly, we do not offer any refund on anything to do with your Infusionsoft Application or training/support.

Product Download:

Most of our products are currently delivered by Internet download only.

After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete.

Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products.

While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers if payment is not completed or received in full.
